Almost Heaven on the Road!

No matter how often I tell myself that I am going to keep up with our blog I never seem to follow through.  I am sorry that I am not very good at that.  We have been really busy here at AHS.  We have traveled to three weekend retreats over the last month and set up shop (that has been great) I had the opportunity to meet several new people and share lots of new ideas.  March we traveled to Ripley and hung out with the the 3 Cheeky Chix for Fly the Coop retreat, then we headed over to Flatwoods for our very own (Heavenly Retreats) Spring Fling event and then this past weekend we went to Canaan Valley for "Scrapping in the Hills" Spring Fiesta.  If you have never attended a weekend crop you really should give it a try.  I can give great reviews to any of these events they all had very unique characteristics that I loved.  I am hoping to get to take the store on the road to others in the future and hope to see some of you there.

The dates we currently have on the schedule are October 1 to 3 for our "Crop for a Cure" in Flatwoods you can contact me here at the store for information on this retreat.  This will be a great event and a great opportunity to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.  We will hopefully be in Canaan from November 5 to 7 provided that "Old Man Winter" doesn't make any early appearances.  We do have 4 wheel drive so if you are there we will come.  The Cheeky Chix are hosting their even the same weekend in October that we have our "Crop for a Cure" so I will not be able to attend that one but hope to be invited back in the Spring.
